  5. The Developer starts the construction of the property or the completion in its case.
  6. Once the property is ready to delivery, and after the buyer completes the payments due according to the terms and dates established in the contract. The client proceed to make the consequent deed.
  7. The corresponding deed and trust are signed and the property is delivered.
